Order requests
Submitting the checkout form sends an order request, not a confirmed purchase or payment. We will contact you to confirm the design, availability, final price, delivery details, and payment arrangements before accepting an order.
Handmade items and pricing
Each item is handmade, so small variations in appearance may occur. Items marked Custom Price require a separate price confirmation. Any displayed prices are indicative until confirmed with you.
Delivery area
Delivery requests are currently limited to the listed Ajmer pincodes. Delivery dates and availability are confirmed individually after we receive your request.
Website features
Order tracking and dashboard features may use demonstration data and may not reflect a live order. Please rely on direct confirmation from Satin Petals for the status of an order.
